We Are Ready To Help You To The Next Level
The Builder of Men Training Academy provides professional community and Social Support Services and Consulting to local agencies, and families. Our services include At Risk Youth Prevention Services, community events, case management, mentoring, tutoring, Life Skills Trainings, Career training and Sexual Violence Prevention, 24/7 Dad programs (Teen and Adult) and linkage to Community Resources. We believe in helping to mold young men in the classroom and within the community to become leaders. We provide services to their families to assure “Wrap Around Resources” are available to the entire family. By helping the “Caregivers” and the students our programs have a greater chance for change, and it helps build a positive foundation for growth. Our programs were designed to aid in the reduction of truancy and school absences through case management and success planning by working with the caregiver and the student. Our team will also work alongside Intervention Services staff, to provide home visit assistance in process, serving any disciplinary documentation needed to correspond information to the student caregiver for the duration of the program and up to 6 months after program completion. We are certified Parent Circle facilitators, and 24/7 Dad facilitators and our programs are geared towards group intervention, focused on empowering parents and students caregivers.
The Builder of Men Training Academy was conceptualized in 2011 when Mr. Ward worked with a number of youth intervention programs. His role at the time was a health educator; however, the youth were more responsive to the “Real Life” conversations would have with the youth. What he discovered was the ability to bridge the gap between what the administrators of the programs were trying to get through to the kids and what they actually needed to hear to relate to the message. In an effort to help the young men he had encountered Mr. Ward set out to write a self-help manual to guide young men down the narrow path of “Manhood”. After the completion of the book Mr. Ward saw the need to formulate workshops and a series of seminars to help educate the youth while using the manual entitles The Man-U-Script as a reference book. By the year 2021 The Builder of Men Training Academy was established as an LLC and in 2022 The Builder of Men Training Academy became a Non-Profit organization, which it still stands today.

The Builder of Men Training Academy Inc, was established to provide social services and educational support to at risk and underserved young adult males or teens and their families. We are a grassroots organization serving communities throughout the State of Florida and a vision to expand throughout the United States. The organization was established on the vision of Mr. Wallace B. Ward II, who is a dedicated educator and community activist. The organization was designed to mirror Mr. Ward’s vision to educate, motivate, inspire, and mentor young men to help build healthier families and reshape our communities.
Rites of Passage Workshop
Our Rites of Passage workshops are designed to introduce students to the character traits, skills and mannerisms necessary to be successful and valuable assets to their communities. We offer Personal and Professional Development Workshops, Business/Money Management Training, Introduction to Trade skills and Crafts, Outdoor Activities and Mentor placement. The staff has a variety of blended learning sessions throughout the year to help provide and link our community with resources and knowledge.
The Builder of Men Training Academy LLC, and its staff are prepared to provide the following service along with other assigned duties needed to assure the success of the Intervention Services Department. These programs can be implemented district wide to assure all students of need have access. These services are to be conducted both during and after school to maximize opportunities and participation.
